I became involved with real estate about 30 years ago. As a mediator for the Queens Mediation Center, increasingly I dealt with landlord-tenant negotiations. This led to my 1st real estate career. I was an associate broker in Jamaica Estates, Queens. We retired young and moved to Boca and to spend our days playing tennis and golf. Not cut out for the leisure life, together with a partner we opened Fairway Palms R.E. Again, a few years later I retired. That lasted 6 months! I have been selling in HuntersRun (and living there too) for 8 years and joined Hunters Signature this past year. Never have I enjoyed a real estate company as much . I may sell forever.
